i have worked at Elvaston Lodge for 8 months now and enjoy working with great managers and leading the team to demonstrate correct procedures and ensuring personal approach. I have over 10 years experience and my role is to ensure that the residents have the highest possible standard of care and live life to the full.

I love working at Elvaston Lodge and have been here for 6 years now. We give great care and the home is lovely for our residents. The staff team work really well together and we support and appreciate each other. I recently won employee of the month and was awarded with a lovely card, bunch of flowers and a day off. It’s really nice to be appreciated for the work we do. I love taking care of the residents in their home and it gives me great pleasure and satisfaction to do my job well.

Having worked at Elvaston Lodge for 12 years I feel proud to be a part of the team and everything that we have achieved. I am always willing to go that extra mile to make our residents feel at home and enjoy spending time with the residents whilst I work. I have a lot of pride in my work and it brings me great job satisfaction when visitors and residents comment on the cleanliness of the home.
